Guarding

A musth (usually) male attempting to prevent other males from obtaining access to an estrous female. To be considered a Guarder a male must be responsible for maintaining proximity to an estrous female and not avoiding any other male present. Successful Guarding involves staying within 5-15 meters of the estrous female and threatening rivals who try to approach her.
